FIND A MENTOR
-they know your job better than you do
-you'll want to return the favour
-find someone that will help you grow

-always sit in the drivers seat
-you should be in control of your career
-the company needs you as much as you need them
-look for ways to better your knowledge and skills and ask the company to pay for training
-do what you can to be a part of the projects you want to work on
